  • Clothing items (not worn or washed are refundable or exchangeable with in 7 days)

Online Purchase

  • Clothing items (not worn or washed are refundable or exchangeable with in 7 days)

  • Cake toppers non-refundable

  • Any custom orders are non-refundable & non exchangeable

  • V-steam kits are non-refundable

  • Slime products are non-refundable

On all refunds the processing fees will not be returned. Therefore, it will be your total amount minus processing fees.
